Zaores WMS/ERP/CRM
Full business management system built from scratch for my father's company. Inventory, warehouses, invoicing, documents, CRM. Replaced spreadsheets with a real platform.
Context
My father runs Zaores, a warehouse and logistics business in Warsaw. When I started working there (first on the warehouse floor, then as supervisor), everything was managed in spreadsheets. I built the entire IT stack from scratch.

Warehouse Management (WMS)

Infrastructure
- Migrated from cloud services to in-house physical server, reduced costs ~5%
- WordPress e-commerce for the public-facing store
- Self-hosted AI-enhanced IP camera monitoring system (reduced theft by 99%)
- Email marketing system (grew base from 200 to 3,000 without extra budget)
Impact
This was my first “real” full-stack application. It replaced manual processes across the entire business and taught me more than any course ever could: databases, user needs, deployment, and maintaining something people depend on daily.
Why It Matters
Building software for a real business with real users (even if it’s family) is different from toy projects. Requirements change weekly. Bugs have consequences. Users don’t read docs. This project shaped how I think about software.
